We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various projects, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. Responsibilities
- Perform multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, fabrication, and the use of hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to execute tasks accurately.
- Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, safety barriers, and organizing materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Install, repair, and maintain building components such as walls, roofs, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and structural elements.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, electrical work or fabrication.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in various construction trades.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and building codes relevant to different trades.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to handling diverse tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual work in various weather conditions.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in trades such as electrical or welding are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £36,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
