Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across a portfolio of 4-star hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the 4-star hotel segment, aligning with organisational goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies, to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve targets.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyse data trends, and generate reports for senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business prospects and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and optimise client engagement initiatives.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

- Proven experience in management within the hospitality or tourism sectors, with a strong track record in B2B sales.
