Head Door Supervisor Required
The ideal candidate will manage the security team at a live music venue.
Duties include:-
Liaising with venue management
completing staffing rota for the events
dealing with incidents as they arise
ensuring the security team are carrying out their duties correctly
ensuring paperwork and staff training is kept up to date
liaising with company management team
dealing with queries from staff
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate. Must have good time keeping and smart appearance, a good understanding of the English language, be able to work late nights, deal with situations when under pressure and be a good communicator to the security team, customers and venue management.
A good sense of humour is a must!
Pay: £21.50 per hour
