We require one further team member to contribute to the smooth running of the Individual Cremation activities of the Company by assisting our customers promptly and efficiently in making arrangements for pet cremations via the telephone or in a one to one situation. Must be able to present a smart, polite, willing, professional and compassionate image at all times.
To ensure that customer care, communication and all relevant administrative activities are in line with Company requirements.
To become part of our small and friendly Individual Cremation team you must have:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Good customer-facing skills
- A good eye for detail
- Excellent telephony skills
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment while keeping a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Good understanding of the English language with neat and clear handwriting
- Experience of being a pet owner preferred

This is a full time permanent position working 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
