Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and optimize our cleaning services across multiple facilities. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and operational procedures aligned with company standards.
- Manage maintenance activities related to cleaning equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other mechanical systems.
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical components within cleaning machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Review schematics and technical documentation to support maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
- Coordinate project management tasks for new cleaning initiatives or equipment upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies across all sites.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation in English to ensure clear communication.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of operations, maintenance logs, incident reports, and staff schedules.
Experience
- Proven management experience leading cleaning or facilities operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on leadership development and team motivation.
- Mechanical knowledge related to cleaning equipment maintenance and repair processes.
- Electrical experience supporting machinery troubleshooting or system upgrades is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting purposes.
