Job Summary

Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles, including <PERSON> driver licensed trucks, to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, often requiring heavy lifting and physical effort in warehouse settings.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, delivery receipts, and vehicle inspection records for compliance and accountability.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and the public.
- Support warehouse operations when not on the road by assisting with inventory management or other logistical tasks.
Experience
- Proven delivery driver experience with a strong track record of punctuality and safety.
- Valid <PERSON> driver license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving environments, demonstrating familiarity with large vehicles and heavy lifting procedures.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, especially involving physical tasks such as loading or inventory handling.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with team members and customers.
- Ability to perform physical duties including heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking.
