What will your role involve?
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging, personalised lessons tailored to individual needs
- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs to achieve their goals
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Working closely with teaching assistants, families, and colleagues to support pupil development
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love of learning
- Recognising and celebrating every step of progress
We’re looking for someone who…
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Is passionate about making a difference to pupils’ lives
- Has a patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching
- Can inspire and motivate learners with diverse needs
- Is committed to providing the highest standard of education and care
