Registered Service Manager – Supported Living & Domiciliary Care

Temp All Staffing are recruiting for an Experienced Registered Service Manager, on behalf of our client, a highly respected, charitable registered housing society and established care provider. They specialise in delivering exceptional person-centred support across England. They are dedicated to helping service users live independent, dignified, and fulfilling lives.
You will manage a high-quality Supported Living and Domiciliary Care service. You will act as the CQC Registered Manager. Your main duty is to maintain strict compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008. You will lead an dedicated staff team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- CQC Compliance: Maintain full legal accountability for the service in line with CQC regulations and the Care Act 2014.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff to maximize individual and team potential.
- Person-Centred Care: Create, review, and manage robust care plans focused on choice, dignity, and independence.
- Safeguarding & Audits: Lead on all safeguarding matters, conduct routine care audits, and submit CQC notifications.
- Operations & Rota Management: Oversee staff rotas to ensure full coverage of commissioned hours while managing service budgets.
- Medication & Health: Monitor strict medication management practices and ensure prompt referrals to external health professionals.
- Partnership & Strategy: Partner with housing teams to manage tenancies, reduce void spaces, and assess new care packages.
About You (Skills & Experience)
- CQC Registration: Proven track record as a CQC Registered Manager or ready to register immediately.
- Sector Expertise: Deep knowledge of Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, and local authority quality monitoring frameworks.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Care Act 2014.
- Leadership Style: A visible, "hands-on" leader who models the Skills for Care Code of Conduct.
- Business Acumen: Experience managing service budgets, rota design, and auditing systems.
