Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children. Duties
- Manage daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Drive engaging educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Provide high-quality childcare by attending to the individual needs of each child.
- Support children’s learning through play-based activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing positively to their development.
