Sales Support Executive
As a multi award winning family owned and run business, TMS Motor Group continues to grow, and we are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Executive to play a vital role in our used car operation. The successful candidate will be based at our Kia dealership in Leicester.

What You’ll Do
- Photograph used vehicles to a high standard for online advertising
- Upload and manage vehicle adverts across manufacturer platforms, AutoTrader and other online channels
- Ensure all used vehicles are accurately described, priced and displayed
- Manage and coordinate trade vehicle disposals
- Maintain forecourt standards, ensuring vehicles are clean, correctly positioned and priced
- Liaise with the Sales Manager regarding vehicles requiring cosmetic or preparation work
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Team
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident IT skills and ability to work across multiple online platforms
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous motor trade or dealership experience preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence required

- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
