Seven Brothers Social is a new venue bringing a unique experience to the Quayside. We are on the hunt for a Head Chef to join the team!
We are looking for a hard working individual who can build a menu, team and a kitchen and someone who is dedicated to making Seven Brothers Soical the place to go in Salford.
Our Head Chef must be someone who can lead a team positively, manage pressure in a professional manner whilst maintaining budgets. A keen eye on food presentation and quality of food, you will take ownership and pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Ongoing menu development
Working closely with the General Manager to maintain and improve revenue whilst keeping up with all health and safety procedures.
Responsibility for the kitchen team, keeping standards and motivation high.
Regular Stock Controls.
Leadership, managing and training.
Presentation and delivery of quality food.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
