Our growing Out of Hours emergency response department requires an experienced domestic household repairs Planner/supervisor join our team to assist the OOh's manager in our busy Out of hours department covering emergency Drainage, Plumbing, Locksmith and boarding up service in domestic/residential homes.
Daily Duties will include
- Assisting Managing the permanent Out of hours employees and organising the Rota
- Liaising with clients, dispatching jobs to the correct trade
- Overseeing all work remotely using our facilities management, tracker, telephone and remote video link systems
- Completing all jobs in realtime, checking completion notes ready to submit to the client
- Reporting departmental performance to the senior management team
- Training and monitoring all Out of Hours staff
Experience
- You will need experience of planning jobs and staff to cover repairs and maintenance domestic repair work
- Knowledge and experience of repairs and maintenance
- Experience of Working safely in line with HSE and industry standards

Salary and Hours
- Working Hours are 5.00 PM to finish, weekdays and 8.00am to finish weekends from home, in the office 8.00am to 5.00pm Wednesday on a rota'd basis.
- we operative 10 shifts per week, with the ooh's manager and supervisor covering on a rota'd basis
- Overtime and additional working is available as is regular shifts where additional earnings of approx £12,000.00 can be achieved
