Job Description: Lettings & Property Coordinator
Location: North London (Hybrid: Remote Admin / Field-Based Visits)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £28,500 per annum

Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, self-motivated Lettings & Property Coordinator to oversee our growing residential portfolio across North London. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote administrative work alongside hands-on, field-based responsibilities including property viewings, tenant onboarding, and day-to-day operations.
Working Pattern (Hybrid Model)
- Remote / WFH: Handle core administration, lead response, tenant referencing, lease drafting, and contractor scheduling.
- Field-Based: Travel across North London as required for property viewings, inventories, move-ins, and maintenance assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings & Move-Ins
- Manage prospective tenant inquiries and conduct applicant screening.
- Schedule and host engaging in-person property viewings across North London.
- Oversee referencing, background checks, and tenancy agreement preparation.
- Conduct property inventories, check-ins, and smooth tenant move-ins.
Portfolio Operations & Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate contractors for repairs, routine upkeep, and annual safety compliance.
- Maintain positive ongoing communications with landlords and key stakeholders.
- Consistently meet operational performance metrics and team KPIs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1+ years in UK residential lettings or property management preferred (transferable experience welcomed).
- Location: Must be based in or easily accessible to North London with sound local knowledge.
- Skills: Strong organisation, clear communication, and efficient task management.
- Culture Fit: Personable, proactive, and capable of balancing independent remote work with direct client and tenant interaction.
Compensation & Perks
- OTE: £28,500
