Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Office Manager with financial administration, there is a finance team, but this is just the administration side
- Logging new projects onto the system and raising POs
- Releasing invoices
- Supporting managers with tracking requests on jobs
- Coordinating statutory and client approvals, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure submissions are accurate and on time
- Maintain project document control systems
- Organise and coordinate site visits for internal staff, subcontractors and ensuring they have the supporting documents
- Provide general admin support to the Director and Office Manager
- Diary management
- Coordinating meetings
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Reformatting Microsoft Office documents
- Managing and ordering stationery supplies
- General admin
Experience:
- Previous experience in a responsible admin or Project Coordinator role where you have proven experience of the same or similar duties
- Highly organised
- Confident and positive communicator to be able to coordinate internal and external people
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships
- Highly experienced using Microsoft Office
- Within commutable distance of NG15 area
