Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hammam Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for holistic health and customer care, providing relaxing and rejuvenating Hammam treatments to clients. Duties
- Perform traditional Moroccan Hammam treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, and massage techniques tailored to individual client needs
- Provide expert advice on skincare and wellness routines to clients
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Face mask application as part of beauty or relaxation packages when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and gather feedback
- Uphold professional standards of appearance, behaviour, and communication at all times
- Assist in the organisation of appointments and manage client records efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and new treatment methods to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in Hammam therapy or similar holistic treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform makeup application when required for beauty treatments or special occasions
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine interest in client wellbeing
- Organised with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety standards
- Previous experience working in a spa or wellness environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
