We are currently recruiting Account/Finance Personnel to support our financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
This role is ideal for someone with strong finance skills who wants to contribute to a meaningful cause.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping
- Prepare and maintain budgets, financial statements, and reports
- Monitor income and expenditure to ensure accurate accounting
- Support payroll, invoicing, and grant/funding tracking
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Assist in financial planning and audit preparation
Requirements
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable availability for part-time or flexible hours
Desirable
- Accounting or finance qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations and reporting standards
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
