Residential Property Solicitor | Manchester | 4+ PQE | £50,000+
I’m currently recruiting for a highly regarded, award-winning law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Manchester team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 5+ PQE solicitor looking for a high-quality caseload, strong client relationships and genuine long-term career progression within a people-focused firm.
The Role
You’ll manage your own varied residential property caseload, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Advising and updating clients and agents
- Drafting legal documentation
- Managing matters through to completion
- Developing client relationships
- Supporting wider business development activity
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years PQE in Residential Property
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good IT and case management system experience
- The ability to work autonomously in a busy environment
- SOS experience would be advantageous
