Join our small repair workshop and warehouse team as a Workshop/Warehouse Operative, where your energy and skills will drive efficiency and safety across our operations. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for the repair of powertools, handling materials, managing stock, and supporting the smooth flow of goods through various processes. Whether you're operating equipment, organizing inventory, or assisting with shipping and receiving, your contributions will keep our operations moving forward with precision and enthusiasm. This is a paid position that offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Repair powertools (Full training will be given)
- Order spares for powertools online
- Deal with customer enquiries in person and over the phone
- Maintain an inventory of repairs in and out
- Handle materials with care, including lifting heavy items
- Assist with picking and packing orders accurately for shipping or internal use
- Load and unload vans, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or injury
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
