Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is seeking a dependable and observant Overnight Security Guard to monitor our restaurant and entertainment facility during closed hours.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, can remain alert throughout the night, and is able to respond calmly to unusual activity. This position is primarily stationed in the security office and involves monitoring cameras, completing routine checks, and ensuring the building remains secure until the morning team arrives.
Previous security experience is preferred but not required. On-site orientation and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras throughout the facility
- Observe dining areas, hallways, entrances, exits, and entertainment areas for unusual activity
- Perform scheduled security checks when necessary
- Confirm exterior doors and employee entrances remain secured
- Maintain a nightly incident and activity log
- Report damaged equipment, unauthorized entry, or other security concerns
- Follow established procedures during power interruptions or equipment malfunctions
- Contact management or emergency services when appropriate
- Remain at the assigned security station for the duration of the shift
- Complete an end-of-shift report for morning management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from overnight shifts
- Ability to work alone for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with security cameras and office equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to remain calm in unexpected situations
Work Environment
This position takes place inside a closed family restaurant and arcade. The building may be dark or minimally lit during portions of the overnight shift. Employees should be comfortable working around electronic equipment, arcade machines, stage equipment, and large animatronic characters.
Some equipment may activate or reposition during overnight diagnostic cycles. Security staff should not attempt to repair, restrain, or interfere with animatronic equipment and should report unusual behavior according to company procedure.
Occasional mechanical noises after closing are considered normal.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
