Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Nursery Content Creator to develop engaging and informative content that highlights our nursery’s programmes, activities, and values. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence through compelling storytelling and visual content. Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, and written posts that showcase nursery activities, events, and educational programmes.
- Manage the nursery’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to optimise reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with staff to gather content ideas and ensure accurate representation of the nursery’s ethos and offerings.
- Assist in creating promotional materials for open days, special events, or new programmes to attract prospective families.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms while adhering to privacy policies and safeguarding guidelines.
- Monitor public relations opportunities by engaging with local community groups, educational networks, and relevant organisations online.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging stories tailored for different audiences.
- Creative flair for photography and videography to produce visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of public relations principles to foster positive relationships within the community and enhance the nursery’s reputation.
- Organised with the ability to plan content calendars effectively whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and consistency in branding.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
