We are looking for a superstar supervisor to join the team at the hare. As supervisor of this beautiful venue, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, from managing the bar team in delivering our renowned late-night sessions, to supporting a dedicated kitchen team in providing some delicious pub food. Our supervisor r is key to running all elements of our front-of-house operation, and we want you to be part of it!
As a supervisor you’ll ensure that you and your team are enjoying the experience just as much as your guests are. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in an assistant manager role, as you’ll be the face of the business! You’ll still be out there on the floor, right at the heart of the action but it’s you that manages the day-to-day running of the pub. If you’ve got experience of running shifts in a busy hospitality environment and value a fun place to work, then this is the perfect role for you!

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
· Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
· Train new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards
