Recruitment Coordinator

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering a great recruitment experience? We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of recruitment activities across a range of client accounts. Working closely with recruiters, suppliers, hiring managers and candidates, you'll play an important role in ensuring onboarding, administration and recruitment processes run efficiently while providing an excellent experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities across a variety of client accounts and hiring programmes.
- Support contractor onboarding and help ensure a smooth start-to-end experience.
- Manage contract extension administration and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for recruiters, candidates, contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records across recruitment systems, trackers and documentation.
- Support compliance activities relating to onboarding and contingent workforce processes.
- Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Monitor recruitment administration to help maintain service quality and consistency.
- Contribute ideas that improve processes and enhance stakeholder experience.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and recruitment partners.
Essential Skills and Requirements
- Experience supporting recruitment coordination within an MSP environment.
- Knowledge of contractor onboarding and contingent workforce processes.
- Understanding of IR35, AWR and umbrella company arrangements.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
- Confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and confidence in taking ownership of tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards.
