Role Overview
We are looking for passionate, sales-driven Sales Consultants to join our growing Digital Sales Team.
In this role, you will engage with customers who have already shown an interest in booking a holiday, delivering a seamless and personalised experience across telephone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
Working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, you will play a vital role in converting enquiries into bookings while consistently delivering the high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple digital channels including telephone, email, live chat, and social media
- Respond to customer enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed holiday bookings
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and tailoring recommendations accordingly
- Research and create bespoke holiday packages using a wide range of trusted suppliers
- Clearly present holiday options, bringing destinations and experiences to life
- Accurately process bookings across various systems with a high level of attention to detail
- Maximise revenue by promoting additional services such as transfers, insurance, and excursions
- Proactively follow up on enquiries to secure bookings and maintain engagement
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience Required.
- Proven success in a targeted sales environment
- Strong customer service focus with a passion for travel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
