Factory Quality Control Operative
Location: Camden Group, Steeple Road, Antrim

The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting a Factory Quality Control Operative for our client, Camden Group, based in Antrim. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing or quality control experience to join a fast-paced production environment focused on delivering high-quality products.
Day Shift

£14.02 per hour
-
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
-
Friday: 8:00am - 1:15pm
Evening/Night Shift
-
£15.20 per hour
-
Monday to Wednesday: 5:00pm - 2:30am

Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:15pm

Friday: 3:00pm - 12:30am

Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process

Complete final inspections of windows and associated components where required
-
Check products for quality, appearance, dimensions and functionality

Identify, record and report defects or quality issues

Assist in investigating and resolving quality concerns

Complete quality records and inspection documentation accurately
-
Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards before dispatch

Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards

Follow all Health & Safety, Quality and Company procedures
-
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
-
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or quality control environment

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects
-
Able to follow specifications, processes and quality standards
-
Good communication and record-keeping skills
-
Reliable with a strong work ethic and team-focused approach
-
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
This is a physically demanding role and will involve:

Manual handling of windows and associated products
-
Regular lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling
-
Standing and walking for extended periods
-
Working within a busy manufacturing environment

Following safe manual handling procedures at all times
