Role Purpose
The Deal Advisory Team is continuing to expand and looking for new members to join the team.
The Deal Advisory Team offers accounting, tax and financial support services to clients with the following service lines:
- Tax and Financial Due Diligence
- Shareholder exits (business sales, management buy-outs ect)
- Business Valuations
- Corporate Restructures
- Forecasting and Modelling
The Senior will work closely with members of the Deal Advisory Team in providing these high-quality services to clients. Over time there will be opportunity to develop technical skills and take more responsibility within assignments.

The responsibilities of the Deal Advisory Senior will include:
- Data analysis for each area of service to support the completion of our work
- Establish familiarity with the team offering and resources
- Understand and input into systems and processes

Person Specification
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Confident using Microsoft 365 software
- Basic understanding of accounting and tax (which will be developed further through experience)
- Clear and effective communicator, both spoken and written
