Full Circle Security Systems Limited specialises in the installation and maintenance of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control and related security systems across the UK. We are committed to delivering a high-quality service and supporting our employees to grow with the business.
The role consists of generating leads and sales through your own initiative, including cold calling, canvassing and networking. You will meet potential clients and survey premises to create basic site layouts and quotation proposals. There is an extremely competitive commission structure, providing significant opportunities to increase your earnings. The role is a mixture of office and field-based work.
The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills and a confident sales demeanour, along with a basic technical understanding. Full training will be provided to ensure you are fully aligned with our sales process and systems. The successful person will need to be self-driven, as this is an autonomous sales position, as well as organised and consistent in their approach.
The Role:
· Generate new business through cold calling, canvassing and self-sourced leads
· Attend client sites to carry out surveys and identify system requirements
· Prepare quotations, proposals and manage the full sales process.
· Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to handover
The Person:
· Confident communicator with strong people and sales skills needed
· Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working autonomously/ on the road
· Organised with good attention to detail and follow-through
· Willing to learn and develop technical knowledge within the industry
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
