We're excited to welcome a friendly, passionate and hard-working Specialty Barista to our Peckham shop.
Well&Fed is a neighbourhood specialty coffee shop. We have been growing our reputation of having the best speciality coffee in the area, alongside delicious fresh sandwiches and salads (and the best vibes!).
We are looking for an experienced barista to be part of our friendly team and maintain organised and efficient operations, as well as deliver amazing customer service and product knowledge.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to opening, closing, dialling in, making coffees, prepping food, educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on customer preferences, up-selling special items and keeping the shop clean.
To be successful in this role, you must have passion for hospitality first of all, and then a love for good coffee and food. It really helps if you're organised too :) Our ideal candidate will be local to Peckham and weekend availability is essential. We are looking for part time staff. We have occasional parties so any bar experience would be a plus :)
