Responsibilities

- Oversee food production processes, including cooking, food presentation, and ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to foster a collaborative work environment

Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Experience with food production, kitchen operations, or hotel service environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, including barista skills preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
