Chin Chin Dessert Club is looking for a Brilliant and Outgoing Shop Supervisor

First opened in 2010 Chin Chin has built up a cult following and a reputation for creative desserts, ice cream and handcrafted drinks that is rapidly amassing a global reputation. With International & Domestic expansion on the Horizon we are looking for a shop supervisor for our Soho store to work full-time ( 40 hours) or Part-time (20 hours)
Day to Day Job Role:
- Be based on the shop floor on a day-to-day basis freeze ice cream to order and make good coffee and hot chocolates, full training will be given but some experience making coffee would be useful!
- Ensure that the store looks great & is open and ready to trade
- Ensure minimal wastage of all products by effective supervision
- Maintain customer service standards
- Maintain food service and quality (together with Kitchen Manager)
- Ensure weekly and daily tasks are completed, including opening/closing procedures, stock checks and checklists
- Ensure complete cleanliness and order on the shop floor
General Attributes and Role:
- Act and present yourself professionally at all times, representing Chin Chin's values on the shop floor
- Welcome and connect with every customer, creating a fun experience for everyone that steps through the door
- Be a problem solver
- Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times
Skills and qualities required:
Experience in Hospitality or in food for at least 12 months
· Takes responsibility for self-initiated learning, training and development
· Is enthusiastic, upbeat, proactive, service orientated, well presented and punctual
· Undertakes and completes the designated and appropriate training modules and manuals
· Has a love and passion for desserts and food in general
* Have good English skills and obviously be allowed to work in the UK

Immediate start available, ideally fulltime but flexible. We are upfront that you will be needed most weekends, although they can be booked off in advance, and in Soho we close at 10 pm Mon-Sat so please bear this in mind
