About Us
OvenKing and our commercial division, 1stCommercial Cleaning, are rapidly growing cleaning and maintenance companies operating across Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a confident, organized, and tech-savvy Admin Assistant to join our Bournemouth head office team. This role combines traditional office administration with website and digital support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working with WordPress, customer enquiries, and general business administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Customer Service
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries and taking bookings
- Responding to emails professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining internal records and spreadsheets
- Updating company systems and customer information
- Supporting the wider office team with daily admin duties
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
Website & IT Support
- Updating and maintaining WordPress websites
- Uploading blogs, images, and website content
- Assisting with SEO improvements and landing pages
- Supporting with basic website troubleshooting
- Assisting with email account setups and basic IT-related tasks
About YouEssential
- Previous WordPress or website editing experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Organised and able to multitask effectively
- Professional telephone manner
- Reliable and eager to learn
Desirable
- Basic understanding of SEO or HTML
- Experience using Excel and online systems
- Previous admin or office experience

- Salary of £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
