What You'll Be Doing
- Making inbound and outbound calls to homeowners.
- Promoting Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Air Source Heat Pump solutions.
- Qualifying customer enquiries.
- Booking free home surveys for our technical sales team.
- Updating customer information in our CRM.
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage.
What We're Looking For
- Previous telesales or call centre experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Positive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
