Front of House Staff:
We are looking for reliable, friendly and hardworking wait/bar staff to join our team who enjoy working in a fast paced environment and want to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving food and drinks including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Taking customer orders and addressing any of their needs
- Preparing and serving beverages in a timely manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the floor and bar including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses or utensils
- Deliver a strong standard of customer service and interacting with them in a professional manner
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Follow all food and alcohol safety regulations to ensure a safe environment
- Have the ability to swap between working on the bar and floor on a shift by shift basis
- Collaborate with other members of staff
- Flexible including weekend availability
Skills:
- Preferably previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills with customers and members of staff
- Ability to work well in a busy environment and maintaining time management to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and transactions including calculating drinks prices
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure proper handling of beverages and ingredients
