Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all designated areas
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks effectively
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional manner
- Valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
