This is a Twelve-Month Fixed Term Contract, and can be based from our offices in Waterlooville or Salisbury.

Where do you fit in?
You'll be key in keeping our systems and processes running smoothly. Youll help ensure client information is accurate, operational tasks are completed efficiently and that your colleagues have the support they need to deliver a great service.
Your day could include:
- Maintaining and improving data quality within our back-office system - Xplan, monitoring shared mailboxes, liaising with providers, resolving data feed issues, updating progress trackers and supporting user account administration

You'll work with a variety of systems and develop valuable technical knowledge while collaborating with colleagues across our business

What do you need to succeed?
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external providers.
Experience in financial services or with Xplan would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Knowledge of Power BI, Smartsheet, Visio or PowerPoint would also be beneficial.
We work Monday to Friday from 9 to 5.30pm.
Following successful completion of your training period, hybrid working will be available.
