Care Assistant - Full-Time & Part-Time

Marigold Care Group is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing team across Trowbridge, Westbury and Melksham.
We have full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible daytime working patterns.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. Duties may include:
Providing personal care and support with daily routines
Supporting with washing, dressing and continence care
Medication prompting/support in line with care plans
Preparing meals and drinks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Following individual care plans and completing accurate care records
Reporting any concerns or changes in a service user's wellbeing
What We're Looking For
A valid driving licence and access to a car is essential
Reliable and punctual
Caring, patient and respectful
Good communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel between service users in Trowbridge, Westbury, Melksham and surrounding areas
Previous care experience is desirable, although applicants with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply
