Inspiring Confidence Through Fun, Energy & Football
Football Squirts is growing across the North East, and we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and reliable coaches to join our expanding team.
This is not traditional, serious football coaching. Football Squirts sessions are designed to help children aged 2–6 years:
- Build confidence
- Stay active
- Make friends
- Learn through play
- Enjoy football in a fun and positive environment We create sessions full of energy, encouragement and excitement where every child feels included, supported and celebrated. We are on a mission to make football fun!
The Role
As a Football Squirts Coach, you will:
- Deliver engaging football-based activities for 2–6-year-olds
- Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Help children grow in confidence and social skills
- Follow the Football Squirts coaching methodology
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
- Be part of an exciting and growing coaching team
What We’re Looking For
- We are looking for people who bring:
- Energy and enthusiasm
- A positive attitude
- Reliability and professionalism
- Confidence working with young children
- Great communication skills
- Passion for creating fun experiences in sport & working with young children aged 2-6 years old
- Ability to travel to venues with equipment, driving licence preferred “not essential” “A fun, confidence-building football experience for young children” Football coaching experience is helpful, but personality and engagement are just as important.
