TSD are looking for a talented manager to join our senior team to develop TSD through the next stage of our evolution.
As a key member of the TSD management team, this role will act as a key liaison role between TSD and the Innovation School (each technical manager is assigned a school), and will be responsible for managing a group of workshop teams across Printmaking, Silversmithing & Jewellery, Casting, the Makerspace team and the Forres technical team.
You will be a clear communicator, able to develop relationships across the school at all levels; have experience managing and developing complex teams; and have an understanding of the various processes used across TSD, their associated health and safety risks, and the student expectations of TSD. Some travel to our highland campus in Forres will be required.
The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract and is open to internal secondment opportunities and discussion, as well as external candidates.
