Salary: Up to £60k + Performance related bonus

Your Role as Nursing Home Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a nursing home
- Drive occupancy and maintain strong commercial performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- Deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential)
- Active NMC Pin (Preferable)
- Turnaround
