Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Piling & Groundworks Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of piling and groundworks operations on construction sites. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of piling and groundworks teams on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with project planners and stakeholders to develop detailed work schedules.
- Supervise site activities, including excavation, foundation piling, and ground improvement works, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor progress against project timelines, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and that all work complies with relevant regulations and specifications.
- Manage resource allocation effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
- Foster a positive team environment through clear communication, supervision, and mentorship of site personnel.
Experience
- Proven management experience in piling or groundworks within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and execution of site activities.
