Job Summary
Sigso Business Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to lead complex business-change programmes for clients across different industries. You will assess operational challenges, develop transformation plans, and coordinate teams to deliver measurable improvements in performance, technology, processes, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead business transformation and organisational-change programmes.
- Assess existing processes, operating models, and technology capabilities.
- Develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Manage programme scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate consultants, project teams, client leaders, and external partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
- Establish performance measures and track transformation benefits.
- Prepare business cases, reports, presentations, and executive updates.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder-engagement sessions.
- Resolve programme risks, delivery barriers, and competing priorities.
- Mentor transformation and project-management professionals.
Requirements
- Significant experience in business transformation, management consulting, change management, or programme delivery.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of operating-model design, process improvement, and digital transformation.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, stakeholders, and programme governance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, PRINCE2, or similar delivery methods.
- Degree in Business, Management, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Relevant programme-management or change-management certification is desirable.

Pay: £5,300.00-£7,000.00 per month
