Job Overview
IAlice House Hospice is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Area Retail Manager to lead and support a portfolio of our 9 charity shops across Teesside.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site retail manager who is passionate about developing people, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will work closely with Shop Managers to maximise retail income, enhance the customer experience and help generate vital funds to support specialist palliative and end-of-life care across our community.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience managing multiple retail stores or operating as an Area Manager.
- A strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new income opportunities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
