Role Summary
We are looking for a Membership Sales Executive to join our Member Onboarding Team at our Wilmslow clinic. You will be the first person a potential member speaks to, so this role is about far more than sales. Every enquiry is someone looking for help with their health, sometimes at a worrying time in their life. You will need to be caring, compassionate and a genuinely good listener, able to understand what someone needs and advise on how we can help.
Your job is to convert new membership enquiries into active members: taking inbound calls and enquiries, following up with warm leads, guiding people through a phone consultation, building a personalised recommendation and walking them through our onboarding process from first call to first appointment.
Key Responsibilities
New Enquiry Management
Respond to all new membership enquiries quickly and professionally, whether they come by phone, web form or referral. You are the voice of the clinic and the first impression we make.
Consultative Sales
Lead pre-consultation calls with potential members. Listen carefully to their health concerns, ask the right questions, and explain how our membership can help them.
Converting Enquiries into Members
Manage your pipeline of enquiries with dedicated engagement and timely follow-ups. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to warm leads, provide personalised quotes and work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Member Onboarding
Walk new members through the joining process end to end: enrolment forms, scheduling their initial health assessment and booking any urgent GP consultations.
Referral Generation
Encourage and capture referrals from new members and enquirers, working with our marketing team to promote membership benefits effectively.
CRM and Pipeline Discipline
Keep accurate records of every enquiry, call and follow-up in our CRM so no potential member falls through the cracks.
About You
You are warm, empathetic and a natural listener. People feel comfortable talking to you, including about sensitive health matters. You are also commercially sharp: you know how to guide a conversation, handle objections and close with confidence. Previous sales experience is essential, ideally phone-based or consultative. Experience in healthcare, wellness or another trust-led industry is a bonus, not a requirement. You are organised, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
What We Offer
£30,000 basic salary with a realistic £60,000 OTE, uncapped commission, full training on our membership model and services, a supportive close-knit team, and the chance to grow with a fast-scaling business opening new clinics across the North West.
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
