What will you be doing as a KYC Team Leader:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing KYC team
- Managing day-to-day workflow, productivity, and service levels
- Supporting the resolution of complex and high-risk customer cases
- Ensuring AML and KYC processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring team performance and delivering regular feedback and development support
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
- Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practice
What are we looking for?
You'll be a confident people leader with experience in compliance, KYC, AML, or another regulated environment.
You'll also have:
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to make balanced, risk-based decisions
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience coaching and developing others to achieve their potential
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
