Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks quickly, efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a lively restaurant environment, providing excellent service while maintaining high standards. Previous bar experience is preferred, along with strong time management and serving skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including glasses, garnishes, and beverages
- Monitor guest consumption levels and promote responsible drinking behaviour
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Barista & Cocktail trained (training will also be provided to comply with our standards)
- Strong serving skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours
- Friendly, approachable personality with good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
