We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Bar Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who is ready to take the next step in their career while helping to grow our venue's online presence.
We serve great food, an extensive range of drinks and cocktails, show live sport throughout the week, and create an exciting late-night atmosphere with live entertainment and music. No two shifts are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
Bar Supervision
- Support the day-to-day running of the bar and venue operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Help manage stock levels and maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work closely with management to drive sales and improve the guest experience.
Social Media & Marketing
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Promote upcoming events, live sport, food and drink offers, and venue activities.
- Capture photos and videos during events and busy trading periods.
- Help grow our online audience and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative marketing ideas.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior hospitality role (Supervisor, Team Leader, Duty Manager or similar).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
- Knowledge of Canva, video editing apps, or content creation tools.
- Experience within a bar, pub, restaurant, or late-night venue.
