Telemarketer / Appointment Maker
Location: Perry Barr
Salary: Up to £27k + Benefits
We are recruiting for an Telemarketer / Appointment Maker to join a leading international manufacturer in the materials handling industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.

· Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00 vary's
The role:
· Follow up leads by phone (new and existing customers)
· Handle inbound calls and live chat enquiries
· Schedule appointments for sales reps and follow up on enquiries
· Update and maintain the CRM system
· Run telephone campaigns and share product updates
· Make proactive sales calls to generate new opportunities
The person:
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Excellent communication and admin skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Competence with Microsoft Office
This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, telesales, inside sales, or administration, looking to develop their career in business development.
