Complex care support worker – West Bromwich (Female only)
Location – West Bromwich B71
Shifts – Monday to Sunday 6 – 12 hour days and nights are 8pm – 6am
Salary – £14 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and positive Complex Care Support Worker to support a truly inspiring woman with complex needs in her own home.
About the Client:
You will be supporting a woman who has previously experienced a brain injury and is receiving end-of-life care. She lives at home with her mum and their beloved pet dog. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, having meaningful conversations, and sharing a good laugh.
This is more than a support role — it’s about bringing comfort, dignity, companionship, and warmth into someone’s daily life. A caring nature and a great sense of humour will make all the difference.
Your duties will include:
· Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
· Administering and supporting with medication
· Supporting with light domestic duties
· Following detailed care plans and documenting appropriately
· Communicating effectively with management and healthcare professionals
· Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team
What we are looking for:
- Can commit to working every other weekend
- A valid UK driving license
- Having patience and a great sense of humour.
- You must be 18 years or older
