Duties
- Assist in managing tenant relations by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining positive communication through phone and email.
- Support lease administration processes, including data entry into property management software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct property inspections, document conditions, and coordinate maintenance requests to uphold property standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and preparing reports related to occupancy, rent collections, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in upselling opportunities by promoting available amenities or lease renewals to current tenants.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients to foster trust and clarity.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects or events that enhance tenant satisfaction and community engagement.
