Role Overview
The Sales & Lead Generation Coordinator plays a key role in driving revenue through structured outbound sales campaigns and proactive follow-up of marketing-generated leads.
This is an office-based, phone-focused sales role. You will work through pre-populated customer lists for specific campaigns, promotions, product launches or training initiatives, while also managing and converting inbound marketing enquiries.
You will be responsible for engaging customers, identifying sales opportunities, promoting relevant products or courses, and converting leads into revenue. Performance is measured through activity levels, conversion rates and campaign success.
This is a target-driven role with a base salary and commission linked to campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign-Based Outbound Sales
- Work through pre-populated customer lists provided for specific campaigns
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via telephone.
- Promote products, services, promotions or training courses.
- Identify sales opportunities and close orders where appropriate.
- Record all outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet campaign KPIs including call volumes, conversions and revenue targets.
Marketing Lead Follow-Up
- Manage and follow up all inbound marketing-generated leads.
- Contact customers who: Request samples, Complete online enquiries, Download resources, Click promotional campaigns
- Qualify interest and convert opportunities into sales
- Ensure timely follow-up and strong customer experience.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and trends.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
- Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate teams when required.
- Support the wider Sales team with campaign feedback and insights.
Performance & Reporting
- Achieve agreed KPIs including:
- Call activity
- Lead response times
- Conversion rates
- Campaign revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Provide campaign performance feedback to Sales & Marketing teams.

Skills & Experience Required
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls daily

- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous telesales, lead generation or internal sales experience preferred (but not essential)
