Job Title: Floor Planning Project Assistant - Fixed Term 3 months ( 3 roles)
About the Role
Are you passionate about retail and want to optimise Digital Operations in our stores? We’re looking for a Floor Planning Project Assistant to join our dynamic team at Iceland. In this role, you will be supporting the Floor Planning team to enhance our store floorplans, improve our online pick directions and enable future enhancements.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from the Floor Planning and Digital Operations Teams to deliver accurate, colleague-focused pick directions that maximise simplicity and efficiency in picking online orders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Input accurate and colleague-focused pick directions onto each Floor Plan fixture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally between the project team and Floor Planning to find the right solution for each store.
- Champion store teams in every decision.
What We’re Looking For
- Communication skills.
- Knowledge of stores and picking online orders. (Preferred)
- Basic computer skills (essential).
- Ability to follow instructions but use initiative to ensure plans are logical on a store-by-store basis.
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring every plan is accurate.
